I am a tech product leader and operator based in Los Angeles.
Currently helping early-stage companies build and execute.
I write & speak about product, startups, and mom’ing in tech.
What I’ve been up to
I’ve spent the last 14 years as a builder and product leader in high-growth software companies, with a 3-year venture capital stint mixed in there.
I've done lots of things with impressive numbers (millions in revenue! hundreds of thousands of users! hundreds of user stories!) But really, I’m known for shipping products quickly, learning fast, and having a strong bias for action.
From pre-seed to IPO, I’ve tackled every stage, with two startup exits and leadership roles at an iconic unicorn and a Fortune 100 company under my belt. I’m passionate about creating clear roadmaps, asking the right questions to get to what users need, and building a culture where everyone is fired up about what they’re building. Whether flying solo or leading a growing team, I’m driven by merging product and revenue, solving tough problems, and delivering actual results.
Today, I’m advising founders and startups, helping them build products that matter.
Executive / Operating:

Calm, Product Lead on stealth project ($2B valuation)
Modsy, Growth & Product (personalized 3D interior design startup acquired by Lennar; VC backed by Norwest, GV)

Bloom Energy, pioneering clean energy solution (VC backed by NEA and Kleiner Perkins)
I have a BS from Stanford in Civil & Environmental Engineering, where I also played varsity soccer which provided me with some glory days that — 14 years later — I am still hanging onto.
